Dr Tenea completed her undergraduate studies in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of the Witwatersrand.
In 2016, she completed postgraduate training in psychiatry, achieving a Fellowship from the College of Psychiatrists of South Africa and a Master of Medicine in Psychiatry from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Dr Tenea boasts a robust professional history, having worked in various capacities within both private and public sectors.
